Shipping policy

Order processing and preparation are carried out from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Therefore, orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed and shipped starting from Monday.

Delivery is provided by French Postal services (La Poste/Colissimo).

- Colissimo recommended: the delivery time is 2 to 5 business days from the date of shipment. The shipping cost is €10 (France).
- Delivery is free for purchases over €50 in mainland France.

Shipping costs:

€10 for mainland France
€12 for Europe
€20 for international

The delivery timeframe applies from the sending of the shipping confirmation email for your order. This timeframe is indicative, as the service is provided by an external service provider (La Poste). Paris Berlin disclaims all responsibility for delivery times guaranteed by La Poste.

Packages are generally shipped within 48 hours after receipt of your payment. The standard shipping method is Colissimo tracked, delivered without a signature. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide you with a link as soon as possible to track the delivery of your package online.
