Returns & Refunds

Before returning any item, please contact us by email at eshop@parisberlin.com.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If returned items are not received in their original condition or show signs of use, damage, soiling, or missing components, a deduction may be applied to the refund amount to reflect any loss in the product's value.

If the condition of the returned item(s) no longer allows them to be resold, we reserve the right to refuse the refund. In such cases, the item(s) may be returned to the customer at their expense.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s) at our warehouse.

Refunds cannot be issued to a different payment method from the one used for the original purchase, including when the item was received as a gift.
