Refund policy

Before returning an item, please contact us at eshop@parisberlin.com

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their packaging.

Returns are accepted within a maximum of 14 days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the returned items are not received in their original condition, we may deduct from your refund.

Once we have received your return parcel, we will issue a refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return parcel at our warehouse.

It is not possible to receive a refund on a different debit/credit card account than the one originally used, even if the item was received as a gift.
